Rob was supposed to come for a site visit to measure up. First visit he had to postpone after I contacted him to check it was still in to find out he wanted to change the date. On second scheduled visit, he didn’t turn up, I had to chase him to find out where he was ( I texted, Whatsapp, email & phone calls to both his numbers), I eventually got a text back to be told he was having problems at home and waiting for a call from a customer who owed money & wouldn’t be coming. Customers understand when there are problems if you contact & explain it. We reluctantly decided to cancel the whole thing as we feel we can’t trust Rob and asked for our £500 site visit fee back and cancel hotel that we gad booked. We were promised a refund by week’s end - still waiting a week later. It seems more & more people feel Rob cannot be trusted anymore & there seems to be more negative feedback from other customers that he has let down and owes thousands of pounds of deposits to. No communication with customers is you first problem & then taking their money & not returning it when you fail to fulfil your obligations. Very disappointed as I believe his system is superb.
