Very poor communication, substantial deposit paid in September 2025, £9828. Start date for work May 2016, no drawings/structural calculations, no materials, no contact with LABC, no work started, NOTHING. Cancelled contract, assured refund within 14 days. No refund received. Multiple CCJs against the company and person from December 2025 onwards. Several other customers with the same experience. Forced to take legal action. If are considering using this company, my advice is to do your research, check socials, the present picture is a lot different now to what it was 8 months ago when I parted with my money. Check out the videos on YouTube, very impressive, then ask yourself why nothing has been posted for a year, and why all the comments have been turned off.
